Hours

Health Partners currently holds the following hours weekly:

Office Hours

  • Monday – Wednesday 8:30am – 4:00pm
  • Thursday 8:30am – 6:00pm
  • Friday CLOSED
  • Noon to 1pm CLOSED for lunch daily

The Walk-in Clinic

  • Open Thursday afternoon at 1:00pm with check-in ending at 6:00pm although we ask new patients to arrive no later than 5:00pm.
  • Walk-in clinics fill up quick, so please arrive early.
  • Registration will end once the clinic is full.

Physician Visits

By appointment only, please call 937-332-0894 and press “0” when prompted to speak to our office staff, or request an appointment online.
